All athletes must wear correct uniform at all times. Athletes registered with Little Athletics NSW must wear plain black shorts (no stripes or logos) and a Temora Little Athletics singlet or girls may wear the Temora Little Athletics crop top set. Bike pants or skins may be worn under the black shorts if desired.
The patches with the registration number and age group must be attached to the uniform in the correct positions. See below for positions of patches for both the singlet and crop top version.
During cold weather, athletes may wear a warm top under their singlet.

Senior Athletes registered with Athletics NSW must wear black shorts and a white top with their NSW Athletics registration numbers attached to the front and the back of the top.
Footwear is compulsory for all athletes competing in all events. Spikes may be worn by athletes in Under 11 to Open age groups for all track events, except the 800m. They may also be worn when competing in long jump, triple jump, high jump and javelin.
Spikes can only be worn while competing in these events and must not be worn to and from the events Spikes no longer than 7mm, can be worn on the long jump run up. Children in Under 6, Under 7, Under 8 , Under 9 and Under 10 age groups must not wear spikes at any time.
